Q. Are your bags genuine or replicas?
A. All our bags are high quality and inspired by the worlds leading fashion designers. They are fully lined, with metal zips where applicable and they come with any tags, certificates and serial numbers you would normally receive with a genuine bag.
Q. Are the bags made of genuine leather?
A. Yes. Unless the genuine bag is not made of leather (e.g. some Louis Vuitton Bags) then our designer inspired bag is not made of leather. All our bags are made with identical materials as the original.
Q. How will my handbag be shipped?
A. The bags are shipped via EMS express postal service. Some countries are not accessible via this method and if you live in one of these I will advise you when you submit your order. These countries are only available via non express shipping.
Q. How can I track my handbag?
A. Within 3 business days of payment being received I will email you a tracking number and a link whereby you can track your bag. These deliveries require a signature upon delivery so please provide an address where someone is available to sign.
Q. How long before I receive my order?
A. If your bag can be sent via EMS it generally takes 7-10 business days. Non express shipping takes around 15-20 business days.
Q. If I am not happy can I return it?
A. Yes. The bag must be unused and repacked in the same condition as you received it. As we offer free shipping we cannot cover the cost of return postage but we will refund the amount you originally paid less our shipping costs. If you wish to return the bag please advise us so that we can provide you with the appropriate return address.
